  • No pets allowed.
  • Punctuality: In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience at the Beauty Haven, please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled or treated as a walk–in.
  • We love children; however, due to insurance liabilities and limited seating, NO children are allowed unless they are being serviced.
  • The Beauty Haven does not accept personal checks; only cash and all major credit cards. Gratuities are always welcomed, and can be paid in cash or added to total services on credit cards.
  • If you are under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • We are not responsible for hair loss due to weave removals outside of The Beauty Haven. We recommend that you have this service done professionally or at our salon.
  • The Weave Maintenance service is recommended every two to three weeks to properly maintain the integrity of your natural hair underneath and to increase the life of your weave. Also, it highly recommended that the weaves be removed after 8 weeks, but could be worn for 12 weeks with proper maintenance.
  • The Beauty Haven aims to please all of our clients; therefore, in any event that you are not satisfied with the services provided, please inform us within (7) days of service, and we will gladly resolve any problems within reason. Sorry there are no cash refunds on our services, products, or hair purchases.
  • A 24 hour cancellation notice is required when an appointment is confirmed; it is your responsibility to keep that appointment. Missed appointments will result in a $25 no show fee, which will be added to your next visit before your services are performed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
